What to include
- The phone or computer you use, and the browser (Chrome, Safari, Samsung Internet and so on).
- The page you were on and what you tapped just before the problem.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot if it shows the problem, with nothing private in view.
What never to send
Do not send your key code. We do not need it to help, and anyone who sees it can copy your card. Never send passwords or one-time codes from any other service either; nobody genuine will ask you for them.
Before you write
Many card questions are answered in minutes by the list of login fixes or the FAQ. Game questions are usually covered in the Pin Picker rules.
Ideas for new locks
We like hearing them. Tell us what the lock should do differently: a moving gate, two needles, a pin that has to be set twice. If an idea makes it into the game, we will say thank you on the rules page (first name only, and only if you agree).
Reporting a copycat
If a page or message uses our name and asks for a password, an OTP or money, send us the address or a screenshot. We cannot take sites down, but we can warn other players on this site. Then head back to the lock game by typing damanlogin.uk yourself.
